Tha Game Changa Return and Refund Policy

At Tha Game Changa, we strive to provide the best experience for all our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund policy below:

1. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you wish to return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
  • Condition of Goods: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all labels still attached. We cannot accept returns on customised or personalised items unless they are faulty.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom printed T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and any other personalised goods, are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from receiving your returned item.
  • Refunds for Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, damaged, or defective, you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery charges. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the issue.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return your product for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
  • Original Shipping Charges: If you are returning an item for a refund, we will only refund the cost of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty goods.

5. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once we approve the return, you will be provided with return instructions.
