We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods will be presented at checkout, and you can choose the most suitable option for your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at an additional cost).
  • Next Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 pm (subject to availability).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We also offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount, which will be indicated on the website or at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, the delivery time depends on the shipping method you have selected and the destination. The following are estimated delivery times:

We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom and internationally (if applicable). Please be aware that there may be additional customs charges, duties, or taxes for international shipments, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the courier’s website.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

Tha Game Changa is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If your order is confirmed to be lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but please note that claims for lost items need to be submitted to the carrier.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Tha Game Changa is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize that you made an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make the necessary adjustments before the package is shipped.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue, whether that means providing a replacement or issuing a refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage for a quicker resolution.

10. International Shipping

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be applied upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in the price of the product or the shipping costs at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for further details.
